Stretch Back in Time: A Gentle Yoga Class for All of Us
Come as you are—no Lycra required!
Join Sheila (that’s me!) for a FREE, light-hearted yoga class offered just for our reunion weekend. Whether you’re a lifelong mover or haven’t touched your toes since gym class in the ’70s, this class is designed with you in mind.
We’ll keep it simple, fun, and easy to follow—no pretzel poses or chanting required (although there might be a little breakout session of American pie :-) Expect gentle movement, a few laughs, and a chance to reconnect with your body in a way that feels good—not intimidating. A great way to begin our big day.
No experience necessary.
No need to be flexible.
No judgment—just friendly movement for real people.
We’ll stretch a little, breathe a little, and maybe even surprise ourselves with how good it feels to move together again.
