These recordings and prompts are offered in a rhythm aligned with the seasonal cycle, similar to the

Why Seasonal Rest
We are not meant to move, rest, and heal in the same way all year long.
Seasonal Yoga Nidra honors the natural rhythms that shape our energy—times of growth and outward movement, and times of turning inward, letting go, and deep restoration.
By gathering just four times a year, we create space to listen more closely: to the body, to the nervous system, and to what each season is asking of us.
This work isn’t about doing more—it’s about remembering how to rest in rhythm with life.
