The Seven Seeds Yoga Nidra method for training incorporates the model of the Koshas (the 5 subtle bodies) along with the latest research in modern neuroscience nervous system regulation Upon completion of this course the student will have a unique understanding of the East meets West approach to this ancient yet succinctly modern practice for multi-level healing.

Immerse yourself in this opportunity to learn the foundations for teaching Yoga Nidra, skillfully and with compassion.

About Yoga Nidra: The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra is the ideal antidote for modern life; a quiet practice that heals and transforms. Yoga Nidra translates as the “Yogi’s sleep." It is not the sleep of night time but a state of relaxed consciousness, which is the result of a guided sequential journey inward to stillness.

Yoga Nidra gives the practitioner an opportunity to release long held perceptions, traumatic developmental patterns and beliefs that are relied upon to make sense of the world. We are all conditioned in the way we experience our reality by memories of the past. Within the deeply relaxed state of Yoga Nidra, one can release and heal subconscious issues related to health, work, stress and relationships resulting in a more conscious and powerful existence.

In this intensive you will learn:

  • The History and Development of Yoga Nidra
  • The Science of Yoga Nidra
  • The Stages of Yoga Nidra Creating Sankalpa (heart felt intention)
  • The Koshas (5 subtle bodies)
  • Yoga Nidra as a Meditative Practice
  • Growing Your Own Practice
  • Developing scripts and finding your voice

Format:

  • 24 hrs In Studio instruction
  • 6 hrs online content with worksheet completion
  • 2 live group online sessions with structured Q&A
